This Privacy Policy explains how PCP Claimchecker Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you interact with us through our website, social media advertisements, or any other channel through which we operate.
We are committed to handling your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Please read this policy carefully. By submitting your details through any of our channels, you confirm that you have read and understood how we process your personal data.
PCP Claimchecker Ltd is a social media marketing and lead generation company. We operate advertising campaigns — principally through Facebook and other Meta platforms — that direct potentially interested consumers to regulated partners and their service providers for further assessment and processing.
We are not a law firm, claims management company, or FCA-authorised firm. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or claims management services. Our role is strictly limited to marketing and the introduction of consumers to our regulated partners.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Any other information you voluntarily provide when responding to our advertising or contacting us
• IP address at the point of form submission
• Date and time of submission
• Device identifiers and browser type
• Advertising identifiers (e.g. Facebook click ID) associated with the advertisement you responded to
• Consent record — the specific wording shown to you and the version of our consent form at the point of capture
• The nature of your enquiry or the product/service category you expressed interest in
• Whether you meet initial eligibility criteria relevant to the campaign you responded to
We collect only the minimum personal data necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. We do not collect special category data (such as health information, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal details).
We collect personal data through:
• Social media lead generation forms (such as Meta/Facebook Lead Ads), where you voluntarily submit your details in response to one of our advertisements
• Landing pages operated by us or by our regulated partners, to which you are directed after clicking on our advertising
• Direct contact — for example, if you email or call us
We do not purchase data from third-party data brokers. We do not scrape data from any website or public source. All personal data we hold in connection with our advertising activities is collected directly from individuals who have responded to our campaigns.
We process your personal data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
For marketing contact and for the introduction of your details to our regulated partners, we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. This consent is captured at the point you submit your details via our advertising or landing pages. You may withdraw consent at any time — see Section 9.
For internal record-keeping, compliance monitoring, fraud prevention, and improving our marketing effectiveness, we may rely on our legitimate interests, provided these are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights.
Where we are required to retain or process data to comply with a legal obligation — for example, retaining consent records to demonstrate compliance with data protection law — we process data on this basis.
We use your personal data only for the following purposes:
• To assess whether you may be eligible for the product or service advertised in the campaign you responded to
• To pass your details to our regulated partner(s) for further assessment and, where appropriate, onboarding — in accordance with the consent you have given
• To maintain records of consent and data provenance for regulatory and compliance purposes
• To handle complaints or data subject rights requests
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
• To improve the performance and targeting of our advertising campaigns
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use your data for any purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected.
We pass your personal data to our regulated partners — which may include FCA-authorised claims management companies and law firms — for the purpose of assessing and progressing your enquiry. Each regulated partner acts as an independent Controller in respect of the data it receives from us. Their own privacy policies govern their further processing of your data.
We will always tell you, at the point of data collection, which regulated partner(s) your data will be shared with. This information is included in the consent wording shown at the time you submit your details.
Where you submit your details via a Meta/Facebook Lead Ad, Meta Platforms processes data as part of delivering the form. Meta's own data policy governs their processing. We may also share anonymised or aggregated performance data with advertising platforms to improve campaign targeting.
We may share data with trusted technology service providers who support our operations — for example, CRM systems, data transfer platforms, or campaign management tools — under appropriate written data processing agreements.
We may disclose data to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or law enforcement where required by law or regulation.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data for purposes unrelated to the campaign you responded to.
Our operations are based in the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred to or processed in a country outside the UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK Standard Contractual Clauses, UK IDTA arrangements, or adequacy decisions, in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
Where we use third-party platforms that operate internationally (such as Meta), transfers are governed by those platforms' own international transfer mechanisms.
• Lead data and consent records: up to 6 years from the date of collection, to support compliance, audit, and regulatory or legal enquiries
• Suppression records (do-not-contact lists): retained indefinitely to ensure we do not re-contact individuals who have withdrawn consent
• Complaint records: 6 years from the date of the final response
• Call recordings (where applicable): 12 months from the date of the call
After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. We do not retain data beyond what is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to Restriction: Ask us to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing at any time.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at david@pcpclaimchecker.uk or write to us at 33 John Street, Maesteg, South Wales, CF34 0BL. We will respond within one calendar month of receipt.
You may withdraw your consent and request that we stop contacting you at any time by:
• Emailing us at david@pcpclaimchecker.uk
• Calling us on 0333 898 0336
• Telling any agent or representative who contacts you on our behalf that you wish to opt out
Once we receive a withdrawal of consent or opt-out request, we will add your details to our suppression list and ensure you are not contacted again for marketing purposes. Where your data has already been passed to a regulated partner, we will notify that partner of your withdrawal without undue delay so they can suppress your details accordingly.

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Access controls and least-privilege principles
